- No one is
allowed to take photographs while your professional photographer
is working.
- The bride and
groom are financially responsible for all and all orders placed
by themselves. This includes their personal order and any books
and photographs ordered on behalf of family and friends. Once
an order has been placed, portions of that order will not be
released.
- In the event
of cancellation by the couple or any party acting on their
behalf, our policy is as follows: 60 days and more: all money
will be refunded less $495.00 booking deposit. 59 days and
less: no refund will be issued. In the event we are able to
book a comparable size wedding, the money will be refunded less
$495.00 booking fee.
- All orders
above and beyond the stated coverage and additional books
require a 50% deposit. Your order will not be started until
payment is received. The balance is due upon completion.
- Travel outside
of city limits $00.43 per km.
- A fee of $300
will be charged to any changes in coverage/book layout.

Studio is not bound until a deposit is received. All prices
are
subject to change without notice. G.S.T. is not included in
the prices.
- Copyright
remains with the studio and we retain the right to use images
for display and promotional purposes.
- The style of
coverage is largely informal, therefore the photographer will not
be working from a list of poses/groups. We will select
appropriate images for the wedding book. Any images not included
will be available for purchase individually.
We will endeavor to photograph any groups/people/events but
these requests cannot be guaranteed, due to the nature of the
coverage style.
