1. All copyright of photographic images remains with A.E.Cross

2. The sizes of Frames/Prints are approximate and may be over or under the quoted nominal size due to all the products being individually hand-made.

3. A.E.Cross cannot be held responsible for loss of images.

4. Products are guaranteed for 28 days of collecting your finished order.

5. Your data may be used to advise you of products, services and special promotions. We may contact you by mail, telephone, text or email.

Family Photography Experience Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Vouchers purchased on this site are for full family photography sessions. If you would like to discuss arranging a non-family session please call the studio.
2. The Experience Voucher (EV) must be used to attend your photo session within two months from date of purchase or it will no longer be valid.
3. The EV may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, and may only be used as described.
4. The EV is not transferable.
5. The EV is valid only for a full family photo shoot, which all family members must attend. Any exceptions to this must be discussed and agreed by the Studio Manager.
6. The image for the 5”x7” framed portrait thatr is included within this offer will be selected by the Studio Manager.
7. Only one EV may be used per family per year.
8. Your session and viewing will take 30-60 minutes.
9. In the event of cancellation. Please provide a minimum of five days notice or a cancellation charge of $25.00 will be applied.
10. A.E.Cross photography photo shoots involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
11. You may not sell the EV to any third parties or via the internet without firstly obtaining the express written consent of A.E.Cross. Consent may be subject to any conditions which A.E.cross  chooses to impose. A.E.Cross reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit a sale of the EV by you to a third party.
12. The EV is only redeemable with proof of purchase from A.E.Cross
